LakewoodAlive announces it will host a Social Media 101 for Lakewood Small Businesses free webinar on Wednesday, April 1 – “April Schools Day” – from 9 to 10 a.m. Lakewood merchants can register now to participate.
Led by Matt Bixenstine, LakewoodAlive’s Marketing & Development Manager, this video webinar will focus on how merchants can effectively leverage Facebook and Instagram to stay connected with their customer bases during the COVID-19 crisis. This webinar will cover best practices for reaching your audience, regardless of whether your business is currently open, as well as offer tips for increasing engagement across two of the most popular social platforms.
This webinar is intended for merchants with varying levels of social media expertise, and the final 20 minutes will be devoted to Q&A.
Social Media 101 for Lakewood Small Businesses marks the latest in LakewoodAlive’s ongoing efforts – in partnership with the City of Lakewood and Lakewood Chamber of Commerce – to assist Lakewood’s small business community during the current crisis.
