LakewoodAlive will host Knowing Your Home Virtual Workshop: Safe At Home on Thursday, May 6 from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
Safe at Home, taught by home accessibility expert Beth Glas from Maximum Accessible Housing of Ohio (MAHO), covers everything from falls prevention to virtual assistants. Navigate physical ways to make your home more accessible with home modifications and repairs, and explore new technologies that are helping us live more securely as we age.
Safe at Home is a great workshop for folks who are looking to stay in their homes as long and as safely as possible. This workshop is great for aging homeowners or folks with mobility challenges as well as their family members.
Knowing Your Home is an educational series focused on best sustainability & home maintenance practices empowering residents to tackle necessary repairs and improvements.
