Ready to think spring and tackle your home improvement projects? LakewoodAlive is here to help.
LakewoodAlive will host Knowing Your Home: Creating A Sound Investment on Thursday, March 12, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Sauced Taproom & Kitchen (14701-4 Detroit Avenue in Downtown Lakewood). This kickoff workshop consists of a panel discussion addressing the process for completing major home improvement projects.
Our homes are 80+ years old, well-built, and just plain amazing structures. Sometimes the layout, design or aesthetics simply don’t fit with the needs of the house and family. Larger projects can be daunting and oftentimes people don’t know where to start or they get stuck.
Panelists will share wisdom and insights to make the construction process more streamlined and effective, equipping you with the knowledge you need to pursue your project with confidence. Moderated by Ian Andrews, Executive Director of LakewoodAlive, the panel of experts for “Creating A Sound Investment” consists of:
- Bill Gaydos, William J. Gaydos & Associates, LLC
- Chuck McGettrick, Architects C.A. McGettrick, Inc.
- Chris Parmelee, City of Lakewood
- Dana Paul, Prairie Stone
- Caroline Purcell, First Federal Lakewood
- Mike Quinn, Cleveland Lumber Company
